Document Coding - I would tend to avoid WAH opportunities such as envelope stuffing and home assembly, but document coding is one area of online work that is generally legitimate. There is an article on document coding here

If you are looking for specific legitimate actual work at home employment then beware – the Internet was, is, and always will be filled with scammers waiting to take advantage of people seeking to work from home. Scams such as home product assembly and envelope stuffing exist to prey on the hopes and dreams of potential home workers. There are legitimate work at home job opportunities out there, however, and one of them is document coding.

Have you ever considered whether you have the skills to become a virtual assistant?
A virtual assistant is a person who takes on part of the workload of a business or businesses, whilst staying in their own home or home office. Virtual assistants handle incoming phone calls and answers emails, as well as perform data entry and a myriad of other accounting, administrative and related business assignments. This allows the business owner the time to concentrate on the more critical aspects of running their business.  It’s a bit like a secretary, PA or assistant in a real office, but  performed virtually!
